Taqam gives a business AI agents that answer customers, prepare content and paperwork, and route work between departments. Agents can make mistakes. Steps that are public, involve money or concern people wait for a person's approval, and the business stays responsible for what it approves and publishes.

• Give true information about your business and keep your password safe.
• The owner decides who on the team may sign in and what they may approve.
• You must have the right to connect every account and share every file you give us.

• No spam, scams, illegal goods or services, or content that breaks a platform's rules.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you connect (Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google, Telegram), including consent for marketing messages.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your business data and the content the agents produce for you are yours. You give us the right to process them only to run the service for you.

Taqam is in a pilot. We work to keep it available and correct, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Fees, if any, are agreed with each business separately.

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Contact: [email protected].
